SecurImmo+ Thermoplastic Sheets NON-STICK

SecurImmo+ Non-Stick is a 2 mm micro-perforated thermoplastic that won't grab skin, hair, bandages or itself while you mould it. A non-stick coating on both faces lets you form a circumferential splint directly on the limb and lift it off cleanly once cool. It turns transparent when heated so you can see the fit, and it has very good memory, drape, stretch and finishing.

Who it's for

Hand therapists and orthotists making custom rigid splints, orthoses and adaptive equipment, especially circumferential and paediatric work where a sticky material is a nuisance. Five bright colours suit children's splints.

Working with it

Because the coating stops it bonding to itself, permanent joins need the coating removed: scrape the area, spot-heat with a heat gun, and press firmly. Manual bonding is possible.
