Digiflex works each finger on its own. Four spring-loaded buttons and a palm bar let you strengthen every digit separately, so a strong finger can't cover for a weak one. Five colour-coded resistances make it easy to test, chart progress and step up.
Who it's for
Hand therapists rebuilding grip after fracture, tendon repair or arthritis; musicians, climbers and anyone whose work depends on finger strength.
Choosing a resistance
Buy one colour for a patient, or the set of five for a clinic.
