TOTALPRENE offers creative options in your choice of neoprene based fabrics. This is the traditional range with a nylon fabric laminated over the neoprene layer and is available in various thicknesses.

Sheet Size

Sheet measures 1.2m (width) x 2.0m (length). If more then one 2m length is purchased we will supply in a  continuous roll for better yield.

Fabrifoam Nustim Wraps

Two-way stretch wrap offers non-slip support and compression. Patented fabric and foam composite material (not neoprene) that provides moderate elasticity. Use to wrap hot/cold packs and electrodes securely. Excellent for joint compression wraps and straps. Latex free. Sold in packs of three. Available in a range of widths (6.4cm, 10cm, 15cm), in three sheet lengths (46cm, 91cm, 120cm).

Double-sided loop provides soft, cushioned support to secure splints in place. Made of a five-layered, laminate material with controlled, limited stretch for comfort and secure placement. Outer layers are tricot pile loop for quick mating with most hook materials. Edges self-seal when cut. Padding adds comfort and pressure distribution.

Neoprene Traditional Material Nylon on Medical Plush Lining

TOTALPRENE offers creative options in your choice of neoprene based fabrics.

This is the traditional range with a nylon fabric laminated over the neoprene layer with medical plush liner, for added ventilation/wicking action and is available in various thicknesses and colour combinations.

The material illustrated shows the red medical plush lining. We stock the black lining as it tends to be the colour of choice for the lining. Other colours are available on request

The Medical Plush Lining allows the material to breath and assists in providing a heat level that is comfortable with less perspiration than the traditional sheet material.

Splint Socks, Coolmax

Coolmax Splint Socks have an outer layer of Combed Mercerised Cotton with moisture wicking action helping to keep the skin dry and convey any perspiration to the outer cotton layer for absorption.

Manufactured from microfibre nylon and elastane. The Elastane allows for stretch and conformability

Choose either with thumb hole or as a thumb spica. Choose from White, Grey or Off White Sold in Pkts of 10.

Powernet Lycra - Pressure Garment Fabric 4 Way Stretch

Powernet, features conforming stretch with excellent breathability.

PowerNet Secur®Dri is an advanced stretch technical fabric. It is made from micro-denier nylon that pulls sweat away from the body and transports it to the surface of the garment, where it evaporates and leaves the skin cool and dry. Garments made of this fabric have greater support and comfortable fit.

PowerNet Secur Dri. is often used in burns scar management and lymphoedema.

This fabric breathes well and has a long life expectancy.

The SPN fabric is used to assist posture and positioning - tonal management and joint stability. The fabric contours well to the body surface and are shown to be patient compliant. The Powernet is ideal for the therapist who wishes to make their own customised garments for their clients either as an interim garment of longer-term use.
