Totalprene (Neoprene) Traditional Wetsuit Fabric

Totalprene is neoprene sheet with a nylon face on both sides, sold by the 1.2 m x 2 m sheet. Cut it, sew it, glue it: it is the material behind custom wrist supports, thumb wraps, knee sleeves, positioning pads and splint linings. Black on both faces, in 1, 2 or 3 mm.

Who it's for

Orthotists, hand therapists and workshops making their own soft supports; upholsterers and makers who want wetsuit-grade neoprene by the sheet.

Choosing a thickness

• 1 mm: thin, flexible; liners, light wraps and gloves.
• 2 mm: the all-rounder for wrist and thumb supports.
• 3 mm: knee and elbow sleeves, padding, anything that needs body.

Sheet size and ordering

Each sheet is 1.2 m wide by 2 m long. Order more than one and we supply a continuous roll for better yield. Sheets ship separately from small parcels; freight is quoted at checkout.
