Neoloop is neoprene strap with loop fabric on one face and nylon on the other, so hook tape grips it anywhere along its length. Cut it to size, wrap it round a limb, a device or a handle, and press on hook. Because the neoprene has body, it makes stiffer, more padded straps than plain loop tape: the strap for custom positioning splints, padded handles and any support that needs a wide, soft closure.

Hand therapists and orthotists building custom splints and positioning devices; OTs padding handles and making adaptive grips.
Choosing a strap
- 1 mm: flexible; small splints and light straps.
- 2 mm: the usual choice for wrist and hand splints.
- 3 mm: firm and well padded; positioning devices and larger limbs.
- 25 mm wide for fingers, thumbs and small hands; 50 mm for wrists, forearms and legs.
