DermaGel is our most popular silicone sheet for flattening and fading scars. A thin, translucent sheet of medical-grade silicone moulds to the body, sticks on one side only, and is discreet enough to wear all day, which is what makes it work: silicone sheeting needs hours of contact, and patients keep wearing DermaGel. Digi Caps are soft gel sleeves that slip over a sore finger or toe and stay there. A ribbed elastic outer sleeve stretches to fit the digit; the mineral-oil gel lining cushions the tip and joints, absorbs friction and shock, and slowly moisturises the skin. Relief for corns, calluses, hammer toes, ingrown and damaged nails, blisters, and fingertips made tender by injury or arthritis.

Who it's for

Podiatry and hand therapy patients, people with diabetes managing pressure on the toes (with clinician guidance), musicians and tradespeople protecting fingertips, and anyone with a sore digit that clothing or shoes keep catching.

Sizing

Measure the circumference of the digit. Small/Medium fits 5.8–7.6 cm; Large/X-Large fits 6.4–9.5 cm. Each sleeve is 6.4 cm long and can be trimmed. Sold in packets of 6.

Care

Hand wash in mild soap, air dry. Replace when the gel lining wears thin.

Two tools that let a person with limited hand function manage their own bowel program: a digital stimulator and a suppository inserter, sold as a set. Baseline Digit Plastic Finger Goniometer

Plastic finger goniometer, 1-finger design. Use the Baseline Digit for one handed operation to measure patient. Using your finger, move the measurement head through flexion, extension and hyper-extension. Measures 110° flexion through 40° hyper-extension in 5° increments. Arm has 10cm/4” scale. This goniometer is also known as a one-hand goniometer because readings can be taken by the therapist using only one hand. This frees up the therapist’s other hand to stabilize the patient during measurement or to record the measurements. The standard finger goniometer requires the therapist to use two hands to make a finger range-of-motion measurement.

Flexion/Hyper-Extension Plastic Finger Goniometer is designed to test the angle and the range of motion of the MCP, PIP and DIP joints of the hand.

This durable, plastic goniometer will measure the MCP, PIP, and DIP joints in a range of 30-degrees hyperextension to 120-degrees flexion without repositioning the proximal base.
