For weak clients start with X/Soft light Blue and then soft Orchid putty for added resistance. Medium-Soft Light Green and Medium Dark Blue are excellent for a variety of exercises requiring medium-grade resistance.
Use Medium-Firm Purple for strong clients at the end of a strengthening program.
