A pre-cut thermoplastic blank for a resting hand splint, with the thumb held out in abduction. Heat it, mould it, done: the shape is already cut, so a resting pan splint that would take an hour from a sheet takes minutes. It supports the hand in a functional position, keeps the palmar arches and holds the thumb between palmar and radial abduction. Pack of three, single patient use.
Who it's for
Hand therapists and OTs splinting arthritis and neurological hands: night resting splints, contracture prevention, and dorsal application for abnormal tone. Materials suit serial adjustment.

Getting the size right
Measure around the hand at the MP joints. Sizes overlap; if the measurement falls in both, choose the larger and trim.
