The T Scope Elbow Premier is designed for fixed or controlled range of motion in the treatment of ligamentous injuries and stable fractures of the elbow or upper arm. This brace incorporates the patented T Scope Premier hinge and telescoping uprights.

Designed for exceptional patient fit and enhanced compliance, the T Scope Elbow Premier is one of the most lightweight, low profile post-op elbow braces on the market and features a quick lock to prevent flexion / extension at any angle. Malleable aluminium bars can be manipulated to accommodate patient swelling and post-operative bandages.

Turbocast Roll

Roll of micro-perforated thermoplastic material, similar to Orficast. Designed for immobilisation of finger/wrist injuries. Tape-based orthoses provide quick means for precise and tight-fitting modelling. Can be applied on the intact skin, or post-operatively.

TIPS FOR USE:

• Less adhesive surface prevents accidental self adherence for ease of use. We advise that you stretch the heated product when shaping if you desire it to adhere to itself.
• Turbocast has a drying time of 4-5 minutes.

Thumb Hole Splint (Wrist Cock Up) Pre-Cut

The wrist cock-up splint maintains the wrist in a neutral position following tendonitis or carpal tunnel. It supports the wrist in the correct position while allowing free finger motion.

Available in a choice of SecurForm and SecurFlex thermoplastic materials — select your material and size above.

Sizes: Small, Medium and Large.

Each pre-cut is heated and moulded to the patient in clinic, saving the time of cutting from a full sheet.

Totalprene is neoprene sheet with a nylon face on both sides, sold by the 1.2 m x 2 m sheet. Cut it, sew it, glue it: it is the material behind custom wrist supports, thumb wraps, knee sleeves, positioning pads and splint linings. Black on both faces, in 1, 2 or 3 mm.

Choosing a thickness

• 1 mm: thin, flexible; liners, light wraps and gloves.
• 2 mm: the all-rounder for wrist and thumb supports.
• 3 mm: knee and elbow sleeves, padding, anything that needs body.

Sheet size and ordering

Each sheet is 1.2 m wide by 2 m long. Order more than one and we supply a continuous roll for better yield. Sheets ship separately from small parcels; freight is quoted at checkout.

TOTALPRENE offers creative options in your choice of neoprene based fabrics.

This is the traditional range with a nylon fabric laminated over the neoprene layer with medical plush liner, for added ventilation/wicking action and is available in various thicknesses and colour combinations.

The material illustrated shows the red medical plush lining. We stock the black lining as it tends to be the colour of choice for the lining. Other colours are available on request

The Medical Plush Lining allows the material to breath and assists in providing a heat level that is comfortable with less perspiration than the traditional sheet material.

One size fits most fingers including the index, middle, ring, pinky finger, or trigger thumb left and right hands.

The splint has multiple applications to assist in managing a range of individual finger ailments.

Secur hook and loop straps are provided to fasten around hand or trigger thumb if required. Assists in immobilizing the different finger knuckles with this splint- including IP, MCP, PIP and DIP joint.

Ideal for use on finger stiffness, osteoarthritis, finger pain, clicking & popping, and reducing your finger from catching or locking. May assist in accelerating recovery to the trigger finger or trigger thumb region.

This trigger finger splint can be worn at night when you are sleeping or during the day while typing, driving,

as well as used for treating conservatively to prevent finger surgery or pain relief after surgery.

A rigid finger splint is sewn inside the finger brace and has a brushed soft nylon fabric against the skin and palm.

Clean Tips: Hand wash in cool water, with mild soap and air dried- We don't suggest machine wash.

Tubon is a pure cotton tubular gauze that holds a dressing or lines a cast without compressing anything. The open knit lets air through and cotton draws sweat away from the skin, so it is comfortable under plaster, splints and pressure bandages for days at a time. Touch Test Sensory Discriminator 2 point

Innovative design consists of two rotating, plastic disks that are joined together for complete, two-point discrimination testing in one unit. Tests static and moving two-point discrimination of fingers, toes, or sensory flaps. Ideal for testing following nerve repair, grafts and innervated tissue transfer for desensitization, or to determine level of impairment. Rounded tips are spaced at standard testing intervals from 1 to 15mm apart. A 20 and 25mm spacing also are given. One disk setting tests from 1 to 8mm, and the other setting tests from 9 to 15mm. To change settings, just rotate the top disk until it clicks in place. Easy to read and use. Instructions and a carry case are included.

VBM PRESSURE CUFF MONITOR

The VBM Pressure Cuff Monitor is used for inflating and controlling cuff pressures on tracheal tubes with high-volume, low-volume pressure cuffs. Using the control-inflator with high-volume, low-volume pressure cuffs, pressure necroses in the trachea can largely be avoided.

The control-inflator attaches quickly and easily to the inflation cuff line. The gauge incorporates a cuff inflator which makes syringes and complicated connections unnecessary. The air-release button and cuff inclinator allows cuff pressure to be varied simply and easily.

Helps in the reduction /risk of pressure necrosis and mucosal ischemia.
