The OCSI SoftPro Functional Resting Splint holds the wrist, fingers and thumb in a supported functional position — the resting splint hand therapists prescribe for spasticity, contracture management and long-term positioning. A soft, padded shell supports and protects the joints while an extra-long wrist strap applies a gentle, sustained stretch, preserving passive range of motion with routine wear.

Who it's for

People with increased tone or contractures after stroke, brain injury or spinal cord injury; rheumatoid arthritis needing night-time rest; post-surgical positioning where a hard thermoplastic splint isn't tolerated. Suitable for hospital, aged care and home use.

Routine wear preserves existing passive range of motion. It bends to fit without tools and adjusts for ulnar or radial deviation.
