Secur Durable Double Sided Loop

Secur Durable double-sided loop is the strapping material for splints: soft loop on both faces, no stretch, and it bonds to any hook fastener, including Velcro® brand. Cut a length, press hook onto either side, and you have a padded, non-stretch strap that holds a thermoplastic splint firmly without pressure points. The edges self-seal when cut, so straps don't fray, and it doesn't de-laminate the way cheaper double-sided loops do.

Please note: this is loop on both sides. It is not hook-and-loop. You attach hook (self-adhesive or sew-on) wherever you need a closure.

Choosing a width

• 25 mm — finger, thumb and small hand-based splints.
• 38 mm — wrist and forearm straps.
• 50 mm — elbow, forearm-based and lower-limb splints; anywhere load is spread over a larger area.
